What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us: your name, email address, school or organization if you provide it, your area of interest and availability, and the content of your message. We do not ask for phone numbers, and we do not collect payment information on this website.
How the forms work
The forms on this site do not send data to a third-party form service. When you submit a form, your browser opens your own email application with your responses filled in, addressed to voiceempowerment.project@outlook.com. Nothing reaches us until you send that email, and your message is then handled by our email provider, Microsoft Outlook.
How we use your information
We use what you send only to respond to your inquiry and to coordinate volunteer, partnership, or support opportunities you have expressed interest in. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and page requests, for security and reliability.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to correct or delete the information you have sent us. Email voiceempowerment.project@outlook.com and we will take care of it.
Children's privacy
Our programs involve students of many ages. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian review your message before contacting us.
Updates
We will update this policy if our practices change, including if we begin using a form-delivery or donation service.
